1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All accessories, manuals, and original Apple packaging must be included. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that custom orders, bulk-discounted items, or devices sold “as-is” are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains defective devices, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number and delivery details. Once verified, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund depending on your preference and stock availability.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to a Direct iPhone Wholesale Depot error.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may still qualify for return under the terms above.
