Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All our product images accurately represent the items you’ll receive. However, because we sell iPhones in pallets, some variations in model mix, color, or cosmetic condition may occur depending on the specific wholesale lot you purchase. Each pallet’s contents are clearly described before checkout.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, a digital sales receipt will be sent to your registered email. You can also view and download your receipt anytime by logging into your Direct iPhone Wholesale Depot account and visiting your Order History section.

How can I return an item?

If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 business days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted only for items that do not match the pallet description or arrive damaged. Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or cosmetic variations.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Our inventory updates frequently based on supplier availability. If a product or pallet type is listed as “out of stock,” you can sign up for an email alert on the product page to be notified as soon as it’s restocked.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship orders to all major regions within the United States (and select international destinations upon request). For bulk or international shipments, please contact our logistics team for a customized shipping quote.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our courier partners do not deliver on national public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available business day.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. Because we ship high-value iPhone pallets, a signature is required upon delivery. We recommend that a business representative or authorized recipient be available to receive and inspect the shipment.
